July review | Pressing forward in July, growing together
It is the height of summer, everything is growing, and it is the perfect time to work hard. In July 2026, every Jinmu business stayed focused on its core purpose and markets: showing responsibility to society, building momentum by bringing industries together, investing in people and pushing the boundaries of technology. We strengthened our foundations through steady, practical work and broke new ground through continuous innovation, making balanced progress on many fronts. Every effort leaves its mark; every breakthrough shines. 1. Jinmu Supporting flood relief, living up to our responsibilities When the storm comes, responsibility comes first; Jinmu stands with the community. Facing flooding in Guangxi, Jinmu responded quickly and took action, joining flood-relief efforts to support affected areas and flood prevention, showing a local company's care for its community and its sense of social responsibility. Linking our industries to combine our strengths Bringing our industries together so a better life is within easy reach. Based on serving customers in every dimension, we bring together property, home furnishing, living services, education and technology to create an intelligent service system for the full customer life cycle. Guided by working together, linking industries and creating shared value, we use technology to break down barriers between businesses, combine our strengths and share resources, providing customers with one-stop, high-quality digital services. Competitive selection to help people grow Competitive selection fires up our talent so that doers shine and the best stand out. To strengthen the team and improve the talent pipeline, we held competitive selection for roles in our functional centre in July. Changing roles means growing capability; competing for roles means moving up. The company holds to the principle that the capable step up, and removes barriers of seniority so that everyone with ambition has a fair stage to show their talent. New-staff training to help newcomers grow fast Systematic training for newcomers, building new strength for the road ahead. We ran our sixth new-staff training programme, covering job skills, company culture and service values. A systematic, detailed approach helps new colleagues settle into the team quickly, build their skills and grow fast, bringing fresh energy to the team. 2. Jinmu Property Mentoring new colleagues to their first deals Mentors pass on experience; hands-on practice drives growth. We continued to roll out mentoring, with experienced colleagues guiding newcomers so that new property agents quickly learn the business, overcome early hurdles and close their first deals. Practical support builds experience and creates a fast track from beginner to capable performer, fostering a property team that helps one another, works hard and moves forward together. Graduation season: bringing in new talent Embracing young talent to build strength for the future. During graduation season, when young people are choosing their careers, we used fresh, varied communication to show the team's energy, growth opportunities and prospects. By continuing to build the appeal of our brand, we widened our talent pipeline, building up new strength for the growth of the property business and helping young people and the company grow together. Travel awards to inspire the team The effort continues, and the mountains and seas will be reached. Our third-quarter travel awards are now open, honouring hard work with a well-earned trip. Every all-out effort will be seen, and every outstanding result will be rewarded with a wider view. This golden October, top performers will travel together to enjoy beautiful scenery, a journey that belongs to those who strive. 3. Education School–industry partnership opening paths to skills and jobs Opening new paths to growth and employment for every student. We continued to deepen school–industry cooperation and, in line with students' growth and career needs during the enrolment season, promoted enrolment for the beauty and image design programme at the Hezhou vocational school. Drawing on quality vocational education resources and focusing on skills training and career development, we help more young people build strength through study and see wider possibilities in their careers. Teaching research: new opportunities in gaokao Russian Keeping up with national teaching trends and exploring new approaches to gaokao Russian. In mid-July, teacher Ling Haitao attended the 2026 national seminar on multilingual subject development and teaching in basic education in Kunming, studying leading teaching ideas and the direction of multilingual subjects and gaokao Russian. At the end of the month, he shared what he had learned together with classroom experience in a session on gaokao Russian, turning the latest teaching research into classroom practice and raising the team's expertise. 4. Brand & Investment Guangxi businesses going global, with AI driving upgrades Using AI to connect with global opportunities and open new business horizons. With a global outlook and a focus on digital innovation, Brand & Investment is working with Huazhi Sports to build an AI platform for validating and developing global business opportunities. Driven by advanced AI, it supports Guangxi businesses going overseas, breaking down traditional barriers and using technology to identify, test and develop opportunities worldwide, helping local companies connect with international markets. July consolidated what came before; August moves on towards the sun. Jinmu will keep strengthening its foundations and innovating, staying true to its social responsibilities, developing its industries, supporting its people and investing in technology, moving towards new heights through diverse businesses that grow together.
